| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the buy button of any items that you wish to add to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payment on line and over the phone. We can also send you an invoice for payment by cheque before delivery. You can also use a purchase order if you are buying for a company. If you need help making a purchase please ring us on 0845 868 8441. We will be pleased to help. We accept most Credit and Debit cards. Items are charged for at the point of delivery. If you choose to cancel the order before it is shipped or we cannot satisfy your order we will refund any payment taken. | Delivery Schedule Orders for software licenses will normally be delivered by email within 24 hours of receiving full payment if placed between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, not including Public holidays. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For all orders made for destinations within the EU 17.5% VAT will be added. For countries within the EU other than the UK a VAT registered company can choose not to pay UK VAT when buying a software licence product (e.g. UltraEdit). The VAT number must be supplied in these cases. |
