These licenses are personalised items and as such are not returnable after the order has been processed and the license delivered. If you need to cancel an order please phone or email before you receive the license.
It can take up to 24 hours to deliver a license. All orders are processed during normal business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders may be further delayed by public holidays.

Choose this option if you want 1 or more user licences, including site licences. This option entitles you to an 12 months of ugrades from the date of purchase.

Upgrades

Full licenses with Unlimited Upgrades

Choose this option if you want 1 or more user licences, including site licences. This option entitles you to an unlimited number of ugrades, in place of the normal 12 month period of upgrades.

Upgrades with Unlimited Upgrades

Choose this option if you want to upgrade your licence to the lastest version and you bought your current licence more than 12 months ago. You must supply your current user name and licence key when prompted. This option entitles you to an unlimited number of ugrades, in place of the normal 12 month period of upgrades.
