Radmin (Remote Administrator) is fast and secure remote control and remote access software that enables you to work on a remote computer as if you were sitting right in front of it and access it from multiple places. Radmin includes full support of Windows Vista (32bit), file transfer, multi-user text and voice chats, Windows security, Kerberos authentication, 256-bit AES encryption for all data streams, telnet access, multiple monitors support and unique DirectScreenTransfer™ technology. Radmin utilizes the ever-present TCP/IP protocol - the most widespread protocol used in LANs, WANs and the Internet. This means you can access your remote computer from anywhere in the world. Radmin is deployed on thousands of corporate PCs worldwide. Among our clients are companies where Radmin is the standard application for network management.

How It Works
You view the remote computer screen on your own monitor either in a window or full screen. All your mouse movements and keyboard signals are transferred directly to the remote computer. Radmin enables you to work on a remote computer in real time as if you were using its own keyboard and mouse. According to our tests and user feedback, Radmin outperforms all other remote control software in speed, usability and features.

Security and Reliability
Security is absolutely essential for any remote access software. We, at Famatech, are dedicated to providing you the highest security levels possible. Our cryptography engineers are very proud of pushing the technology and keeping Radmin the most secure remote access software available. Radmin user authentication is substantiated by a modified Diffie-Hellman 2048 bit algorithm. Advanced 256-bit AES encryption is always enabled for all data streams being transferred over the network. Other security features include Windows Security, NTLM/Kerberos and Active Directory support. The program checks user permissions as well as IP-filter settings.

Requirements

Radmin has no special hardware requirements or hidden costs. Radmin Server 3.0 supports Windows Vista/XP/2003/2000 (32bit) operating systems. Radmin Viewer 3.0 supports Windows Vista/XP/2003/2000/ME/98/95/NT4.0 (32bit) operating systems.

Radmin 3.0 Remote Control consists of two separate modules: Radmin Server 3.0 (which needs to be installed on the remote computer) and Radmin Viewer 3.0 (which needs to be installed on the local computer). Only Radmin Server 3.0 is licensed. Radmin Viewer 3.0 is free of charge and can be used on any number of computers.

Helpdesk

This license is for companies that provide remote technical support and helpdesk services. The company's clients are not required to purchase Radmin for each of their computers receiving the remote support. Instead, the tech support/helpdesk service provider registers all of its clients by purchasing a single helpdesk license. The total cost of the helpdesk license is based on the number of clients
